Processing Times

We aim to prepare and dispatch all orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Please note that during peak periods such as Christmas or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Delivery Services

We provide reliable, tracked delivery options to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Customers can select from:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–3 working days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

  • Standard Tracked Delivery (2–3 working days): £3.95

  • Express Tracked Delivery (1–2 working days): £5.95
